Wayne293® LeExpro Medium is a serum-free, animal-free, chemically defined medium developed for transient expression of human embryonic kidney cells (HEK 293 cells) and their derived cell lines. It is suitable for suspension culture and transient chemical transfection of HEK 293 cells. The medium can achieve rapid cell proliferation and high density culture, and can be directly transfected and expressed chemically in the culture system without fluid change, which is easy to use.
WayneLVPro™ HEK 293 cells were inoculated into LeExpro Medium, domestic medium A, domestic medium B, and imported medium C for Batch culture. The results showed that the highest cell density of LeExpro Medium was 1.07x107 cells/mL, and the cell growth performance was better than other media.
WayneLVPro™ HEK 293 cells were transferred to LeExpro Medium, domestic medium 2 and domestic medium 1 of the original process, and the supplement was the corresponding commercial supplement. High expression and low expression plasmid were selected, and after transfection, the expression levels were harvested for 5 days after culture. The results showed that the protein expression of LeExpro Medium was improved in different degrees in 7 items compared with other medium.
