QuaCell® CHO LeAd Medium provides rich nutritional components for high-density proliferation of Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO cells). This product is a serum-free, animal component-free chemically defined medium designed for suspension culture of CHO cells to express antibodies and protein products. The medium formulation does not contain hypoxanthine, thymidine, and L-glutamine, making it suitable for dihydrofolate reductase and glutamine synthetase (GS) screening systems.
As the data shows, CHO-K1Q cells, and Fed Batch culture was performed with CellBest Basal & 007 Feed compared with other commercial medium. The results showed that the titer of CellBest Basal & 007 Feed was the highest under the same conditions.
