MSC Cell Culture

For the culture of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs), basal culture media were supplemented with 5% HPL or FBS from different commercial brands respectively.

Results demonstrate that the test group utilizing QuaCell™ HPL delivers outstanding expansion performance from passage P3 to P4, with a fold expansion up to 15-fold.

It exhibits excellent capacity to support cellular proliferation.

MSCs at passage P4 retain well-preserved surface marker profiles and robust trilineage differentiation potential.

NK Cell Culture

The test group supplemented with Advanced HPL shows significantly superior NK cell proliferation efficiency relative to other control groups, with NK cell purity reaching over 97%.
