LePurseal™ Automatic Aseptic Tube Sealer II (Model No.: BDASZ000) is an in-house developed automated aseptic tube sealing system by LePure Biotech, engineered for aseptic sealing and severing of TPE tubing and other thermoplastic tubing types.
Compatible with dry tubing, wetted tubing and liquid-filled tubing, this equipment satisfies aseptic severing requirements for thermoplastic tubing operation within cleanrooms of various classifications. The system enables parameter configuration for tubing from multiple suppliers and incorporates audit trail functionality to meet validation and process management requirements. It is extensively deployed for liquid transfer and aseptic handling procedures across bioprocess workflows including antibody manufacturing, vaccine production, and cell and gene therapy (CGT).
