Single-Use Bags Manufacturing Site

LePure Biotech’s Shanghai single-use bag manufacturing base covers approximately 14,700 m² and integrates cleanroom production, automated inspection, integrity testing, helium leak detection, and MES/ERP-based traceability.

With an annual capacity of up to 1.2 million sets, the base supports stable supply and reliable delivery for biopharmaceutical customers.

Sterilizing-Grade Filter Manufacturing Site

LePure Biotech’s sterilizing-grade filter manufacturing site is located in Shanghai and covers approximately 11,000 m².

Built for reliable filter production, the site is supported by automated processes, integrated quality control, and digital traceability throughout manufacturing, helping ensure stable supply and reliable delivery for biopharmaceutical customers.

Culture Medium Manufacturing Site

LePure Biotech has established culture medium manufacturing sites in Suzhou and Zhongshan, covering over 17,000 m² in total. The sites support both powder and liquid medium production, with automated production lines and MES-based traceability to ensure consistent quality and stable supply.

With an annual capacity of over 300 tons, the platform supports flexible production from small-batch customization to large-scale manufacturing, helping customers move efficiently from R&D to commercial production.

Bioprocess Equipment Manufacturing Facility

LePure Biotech’s Shanghai bioprocess equipment manufacturing facility covers approximately 7,000 m² and delivers up to 2,500 units annually. With capabilities in mixing systems, single-use bioreactors, filtration, filling, and supporting assemblies, the facility supports reliable equipment supply from process development to large-scale production.

Innovation R&D Center

LePure Biotech has established innovation R&D centers in China and the Americas, supporting advanced material development, application research, and technology transfer for bioprocessing.

A key focus is our dual R&D platform for film and membrane technologies, covering high-performance bioprocess films and filtration membranes. Key developments include LeKrius^® Film, Extreme^™ PVDF Membrane, and LeUnipore^™ PES Membrane, supporting reliable and consistent bioprocessing performance.

GMP Cleanroom Consumables Manufacturing Site

Sterist, part of LePure Biotech, operates a GMP cleanroom consumables manufacturing site in Zhejiang. The site focuses on cleanroom cleaning, disinfection, microbial control, and contamination control solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Covering approximately 6,000 m², the site is equipped with automated production and packaging lines, with an annual capacity of about 3 million bottles of disinfectant solution. It supports stable supply, consistent quality, and reliable delivery for GMP cleanroom operations.
