Product Details
Quality Control
- Formulated with Water for Injection (WFI).
- Subjected to two-stage 0.22 μm sterilizing filtration.
- Manufactured and filled in a controlled Grade C + A cleanroom environment.
- Sterile versions are terminally sterilized by electron beam irradiation.
- Endotoxin levels in sterile versions are below 0.25 EU/mL.
Product Benefits
Ready to Use
No on-site preparation required, allowing convenient use.
Broad-Spectrum Antimicrobial and Sporicidal Activity
Suitable for controlling microbial contamination, including vegetative bacteria, viruses, fungi, and bacterial spores.
Can Be Diluted for Routine Disinfection
Can be diluted at the specified ratios for routine disinfection to meet different contamination control needs.
Low Residue
Formulated to minimize residue after use. Supporting residue validation documentation is available.
Options for Different Cleanroom Grades
Non-sterile versions are suitable for Grade B, C, and D cleanrooms. Sterile versions feature double-layer sterile packaging and are suitable for Grade A and B cleanrooms.
Terminal Sterilization of Sterile Versions
Sterile versions are terminally sterilized by electron beam irradiation to provide sterility assurance for use in higher-grade cleanrooms.
Validation and Technical Support
Validation documentation and technical support are available to support product qualification and routine use.
Applications
Suitable for surface contamination control in pharmaceutical facilities and GMP cleanroom environments, on materials that are chemically compatible with the product.
Typical applications include:
- Walls
- Ceilings
- Floors
- Equipment surfaces
Antimicrobial Efficacy
- Effective against enteric pathogenic bacteria, pyogenic cocci, fungi, and bacterial spores.
- Supporting antimicrobial efficacy validation documentation is available.
Chemical Compatibility
Compatible with a range of materials commonly used in cleanrooms, including stainless steel, color-coated steel panels, silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), fluoroelastomers, and glass.
The product is virtually non-corrosive to stainless steel, mildly corrosive to carbon steel, moderately corrosive to aluminum, and highly corrosive to copper. Use with caution on materials subject to moderate or greater corrosion at the intended use concentration. After the specified contact time, wipe or rinse treated surfaces with clean water to remove residual disinfectant.
