LePurweld™ Automatic Aseptic Welder II (Model BDBSZ000) is an automated aseptic connector developed in-house by LePure Biotech. It is designed for sterile joining of TPE and other thermoplastic tubing. Controlled by automated routines, the unit rapidly achieves sterile tube welding in both classified and non-classified environments, effectively reducing human-induced risks and improving connection consistency. It supports dry, damp and liquid-filled tubing. Compatible with a wide range of tubing sizes, it serves single-use bags, media and process fluid systems. Equipped with robust audit trail functionality and validation support, it is widely deployed for liquid transfer and aseptic handling workflows in biomanufacturing including monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, cell and gene therapies.
