3% Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant

3% Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant is a ready-to-use liquid disinfectant formulated with food-grade hydrogen peroxide and Water for Injection (WFI). It is manufactured through multiple controlled processes, including double sterilising-grade filtration, filling and packaging.

The active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 2.7%–3.3% (w/w). Both standard filtered and sterile versions are available to meet the disinfection requirements of different cleanroom grades. The sterile version undergoes terminal sterilisation by irradiation and is supplied in double sterile packaging, making it suitable for use in Grade A/B clean areas.

Applications

Suitable for the disinfection of general hard surfaces and surfaces within clean areas that are chemically compatible with hydrogen peroxide, including walls, ceilings, floors and equipment. The product can be applied directly by spraying, wiping or immersion.

Chemical Compatibility

Compatible with materials including stainless steel, colour-coated steel panels, silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), fluoroelastomers and glass.

Avoid contact with organic substances and other incompatible materials, including strong alkalis, reducing agents, heavy metals and copper alloys. The product is generally non-corrosive to stainless steel, copper, aluminium and carbon steel.

Precautions

This product is an oxidising agent and may cause irritation and corrosion. Appropriate personal protective equipment is recommended during use.
Keep containers upright during handling and storage. Do not invert.
