On September 10, Shanghai LePure Biotech Co., Ltd. (“LePure Biotech”) and Beijing ACROBiosystems Co., Ltd. (“ACROBiosystems”) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both companies, including Frank Wang, Co-founder and CEO of LePure Biotech, and Wang Tongtong, Vice President of LePure Biotech; as well as Chen Yiding, Founder, Chairman and CEO of ACROBiosystems; Miao Jingyun, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder; and He Simin, Head of the Platform Ecosystem Business Unit and Senior Marketing Director.
The two companies will establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on cross-border supply chain and logistics for biopharmaceutical products. By combining LePure Biotech’s extensive expertise in single-use bioprocessing products and process solutions with ACROBiosystems’ strengths in global life science supply chain services and worldwide customer support, the two companies will explore new models for end-to-end collaboration and jointly support the high-quality global expansion of biopharmaceutical products.
Under the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement, the two parties will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism across multiple areas, including integrated cross-border logistics, overseas warehousing and order fulfillment, comprehensive overseas supply chain solutions, digitalization and intelligent supply chain management, as well as joint branding and industry influence building
