6% Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant

This ready-to-use sporicide is formulated with food-grade hydrogen peroxide and Water for Injection (WFI) and is manufactured through multiple controlled processes, including dual sterilizing-grade filtration, filling, and packaging.

The active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide at 5.5%–6.5% (w/w). Filtered (non-sterile) and sterile versions are available for different cleanroom grades. Sterile versions are terminally sterilized by electron-beam irradiation and supplied in double-bag sterile packaging for use in Grade A/B cleanrooms.

Applications

Suitable for general disinfection of cleanroom surfaces compatible with hydrogen peroxide, such as walls, ceilings, floors, and equipment. Apply by spraying, wiping, or immersion.

Chemical Compatibility

Compatible with stainless steel, color-coated steel panels, silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), fluoroelastomer, glass and other materials.

Avoid contact with organic matter and other incompatible substances such as organics, strong alkalis, reducing agents, heavy metals, and copper alloys. Essentially non-corrosive to stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and carbon steel.
